Van der Valk is preparing to start the new year in style by taking part in the golden jubilee edition of the Düsseldorf International Boat Show. We will display our most recent models and latest developments in hall 7a at stand D04 at Messe Düsseldorf from 19 to 27 January 2019. Van der Valk is very much on a roll right now and we are looking forward to sharing our latest successes with partners and clients at Boot Düsseldorf in January. 2019 is set to be full of exciting developments and milestones, not least thanks to the wide range of deliveries scheduled throughout the year.

These include the first two motoryachts in our highly innovative BeachClub range: the BeachClub 600, due for launch this spring, and the BeachClub 660 Flybridge, which will be delivered to her owner in July. This revolutionary and patented line features a brilliant engine layout which brings an end to the competition between indoor and outdoor space which has long constricted the design of similarly-sized boats, as well as a range of superb bespoke details.

Next up will be the 32-metre Raised Pilothouse yacht Jangada 2, the fifth superyacht in our custom series line and the largest to date, due for delivery in May 2019. Some of her impressive features include the smart, spacious galley, a clever multiuse bathroom and a minimalistic interior style based principally on whitewashed European oak.

Last but not least, Van der Valk’s third Explorer yacht is slated for delivery in late 2019. She is an excellent illustration of the many qualities offered by this range while blazing her own trail in terms of design, comfort and appearance. Bespoke elements of the third explorer include an amazing amount of volume for a 28-metre yacht, a direct entrance from the saloon to the beach club, and a large sauna area with windows in the beach club. The interior will be typified by a very cool industrial style. With 1,923 exhibitors from 68 different countries presenting yachts, boats and accessories in 2018, last year’s Boot Düsseldorf broke all kinds of records. As one of the world’s premier exhibitions it represents the global world market in all its diversity. Unlike other major boat shows, Boot Düsseldorf allows visitors to observe vessels up to 180 GRT in their entirety indoors.
