LALABE Nominated for World Superyacht Awards Following Triple Win at BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards

Following a remarkable triple win at the BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards 2026, motoryacht LALABE has now been nominated as a finalist in the World Superyacht Awards 2026, in the category of Semi-Displacement or Planing Motor Yachts – 35m to 39.9m. The awards ceremony will take place on 1–2 May 2026 in Venice, Italy.

In February, LALABE claimed three awards at the Superyacht Design Festival in Kitzbühel, Austria: Outstanding Exterior Design (Motor Yachts, 24m to 39.9m), Best Interior Design (Motor Yachts, 499GT and below), and Best Naval Architecture (Semi-Displacement or Planing Motor Yachts) — making her the most decorated yacht of the evening.

The 35-metre all-aluminium tri-deck was delivered by Van der Valk in July 2025, designed from the waterline up by Guido de Groot, with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design and Ginton Naval Architects. Conceived as a multigenerational family yacht, LALABE combines a fast-displacement hull capable of 17 knots with nearly 299 GT of interior volume, extensive outdoor spaces, a beach club with sauna, and a seamlessly connected upper saloon that opens on three sides.

The World Superyacht Awards are unique in the industry — judged exclusively by current and former superyacht owners, making them the only peer-reviewed yachting awards in the world. A nomination is itself a mark of the highest distinction.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie gala dinner in Venice on 2 May 2026.
